Spicy Pasta...



Servings : 2-3Time.

Taken : 15-30 mins.


Ingredients: 1 cup - pasta1 - olive oil1 tsp - oregano1 tsp - chilli flakes1 tbsp - tomato ketchup1/2 cup - sliced capsicum1/2 - sliced onion1/2 cup - cheese.


Method
1)Heat 1 tbsp olive oil, add 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp chilly powder
2)Add pasta and saute for 1 min and remove.
3)In the same pan add more oil and saute the onions and capsicum
4)Add red chilly flakes, oregano, tomato ketchup and salt
5)Mix well. Add 2 tsp water and the sauted pasta and heat well.
6)Add a little cheese mix and take off the stove.
7)Take out in the serving plate.
8)Garnish with more grated cheese, oregano and red chilli flakes.

Lemon Marinate for Barbeques!!!



Servings : 2.

Time Taken :15-30 mins.


Ingredients: 2 tbsp. lemon juice1 tsp. sugar1 tsp. crushed green chilli1 tsp. ajwain crushedsalt to taste1/2 cup water.


Method:
1)Mix and sprinkle over required vegetables, toss and keep aside for as long as state in recipe.
2)Makes 3/4 cup marinate.
3)Make as required.

BURNT GARLIC WITH WHOLE WHEAT PASTA...


Healthy pasta flavoured deeply with burnt garlic
Preparation Time :40 minutes
Cooking Time :10-15 minutes
Servings :4


Ingredients
Garlic,

sliced thinly 15 cloves
Whole wheat penne pasta 200 grams,
Olive oil 4 tablespoons,
seeded and chopped Green capsicum,
1 medium Cherry tomatoes,
Salt to taste,
Crushed red chillies,
1 teaspoon Dried mixed herbs
1 teaspoon Broccoli,
blanched 5-6 florets

Method
Boil plenty of water in a deep pan and cook pasta in it till al dante. Drain and refresh.Heat olive oil in a wok. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Add green capsicum and sauté. Add cherry tomatoes and continue to sauté. Press the tomatoes with the back of the stirring spoon so that they release some juices. Add salt, crushed red chillies and dry mixed herbs and stir. Drain the pasta and add to the wok. Add broccoli and mix. Serve hot.

AKHROT MURGH...



Delicious chicken recipe with the flavour of walnuts
Preparation Time :30 minutes
Cooking Time :15-20 minutes
Servings :4



Ingredients
Walnuts, blanched , peeled and powdered
1/2 cup
Boneless chicken, 1/2 inch pieces
400 grams
Ginger paste
1 tablespoon
Garlic paste
1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1/4 cup Yogurt
1 tablespoon Oil
1 medium,1 large Tomato pureed
Chopped 4 Green chillies
Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Fresh cream
2 tablespoons Garam masala powder



Method
Place chicken in a bowl. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, half teaspoon cumin powder and yogurt and mix well. Marinate the chicken for half an hour. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and sauté till lightly browned. Add tomato puree, mix well and continue to sauté till oil separates. Add green chillies and continue to cook for two minutes. Add coriander powder, remaining cumin powder, mix well and cook for one more minute. Add the marinated chicken, mix well, cover and cook till done. Add walnuts, simmer for two to three minutes. Add fresh cream and garam masala powder and mix well and simmer for two more minutes. Serve hot.
